Lecture: Bio-manufacturing with Mycelium: Better Living Through Fungi

My bio-manufacturing presentation started with being inspired by myco materials, with a focus on what key industry players were creating and why, like mycelium packaging from Ecovative, and a leather alternative from MycoWorks (my former employer). It then evolved into the greater, rapidly changing synthetic biology material space, covering even more and different applications of new, disruptive and well funded technologies, including dyes, masonry, fashion, food, and more.
