I have done a little cultivation on logs and coffee grounds (with varying degrees of success - as it turns out, I seem to be an expert at growing green mold), but I consider myself very much a novice. I would like to learn different cultivation techniques and also try to get a little bit of mushroom ID under my belt. I'm also interested in the health benefits of mushrooms.
